Gemonier sells products over the internet.
Manufacturers, suppliers, warehouses, logistics operators and external transport companies may participate in the preparation and delivery of orders.
The intervention of third parties does not eliminate the obligations that correspond to Gemonier regarding orders contracted directly through gemonier.com.

New products are subject to legal guarantee of conformity applicable in Spain, currently lasting 3 years from delivery.
